-Please verify the property is ready for photography at minimum the day prior to scheduled shoot.
-There is a $40 travel fee added if photographer arrives and cannot perform shoot due to site not being ready. Agent will be provided the opportunity to reschedule or shoot as is.
-There is a $40 cancellation/postponement fee for shoots cancelled or postponed on the day of scheduled service.
-We allot ~1HR for each scheduled service item, ensuring property is ready for photography will help ensure we can complete your shoot on time.
-In the instance of a security gate, please ensure your photographer has been granted access through the gate. Any gate fees will be added back in to the invoice and paid directly back to the photographer.
